Reflexology has been used effectively for many years; it is a lovely therapy with many benefits and can produce astounding results.

There is also a Pregnancy (Maternity) page, as I have found Reflexology works so well in those experiencing difficulty conceiving that I felt a whole page needed to be dedicated to it.

WHAT'S NEW!!!

I am no longer offering Reflexology treatments myself as I have decided to dedicate my time to teaching which I love. In my place I am recommending a wonderful lady called Lis Horwich... check out her details on the contact page. She's fabulous and does my treatments for me. She also works some evenings for those of you with work commitments.
