Lying awake at night, tossing and turning can be like a waking nightmare. Sometimes you just can't get comfortable and other times, your mind just won't stop racing. Sleeplessness or insomnia causes problems for most of us at some time. This is a trying time which literally forces you to find ways of coping with your inner restlessness!

Reflexology is a wonderful way to create the calm you need to get a good night's sleep. It will relax your body and your mind creating a balance in energy and stress levels. It will help your body to recognise when it's time to slow down and sleep and reduce any anxiety you may have. It is usually effective straight away, however, if you've been having sleeping difficulties for some time, it may take a few treatments.
